Hi Doctor, my daughter in 1 year 2months old and having bad dandruff and she feels like etching. please suggest a shampoo

A. Spoo shampoo is a very good option that I can currently suggest you in the same time I am also going to advise to get the head shaped off that’s definitely going to be a lot helpful in the current scenario because the entire skin the scalp is going to go away
