Hi doctor......my daughter aliah seems to be over weight.her age is 7 years and she weighs around 32kg.kindly suggest if this is to be worried about and does she need to reduce her weight.

A. hello obesity can sometimes be due to heriditory also and if child is active may not be a problem and also avoid any junk food and give healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also have some physical activities also which o h can be helpful too for kid reduce weight
