A. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol 250 MG 3 tml 6 hourly, n give for 3 days If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for trying toh find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed
