Hi doctor my child is only 28 days and having cough and sometimes nose is also blocked please guide what we can do in this situation?

A. Hello, your baby is newborn just 28 days old and he is having a cold cough so use saline nasal drops twice and 7 drops of Ascoril Ls drops three times a day and keep him warm
