Q.

hi Doctor, My baby while playing has slipped and fall on edge of my cot.which is pointed..there is bump on the back side of his head(happened on 8Apr).he is fine ..But still it's haunting me -if any internal injury happened to my baby.. Similar incident happened to my sister when she is young..the problem is out after 10 days of injury..Which involved a brain surgery. I'm little scared do I need to take him for any check up.Please suggest

A. hello mum I can understand your situation but still if your baby is comfortable and is eating properly like before is active like before and your baby did not vomit it out immediately or within 24 hours after falling down then there is nothing to worry about you can do cold compression over the bump and it will be fine soon keep eyes on the activity of the baby

Q. Today my son fall off from the bed. He cried for sometime but was consolable and started playing laughing and and was normal in activities.
