Hi doctor my baby is now 4 months old. shall we start the solid food to feed the baby. like Banana, cerelac?

A. not at app..!! No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.  Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand . Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of lif e.
