hi doctor my baby is having 99.2 fever and loose motions per day 4 how to make her good if I give her the syrup she is vomiting

A. Hello, your baby girl is 14 months old and she is having a body temperature 99.2 degrees then it’s not a fever but she needs ORS liquid n enough breast feeding
