hi doctor,my baby is eight months old shall i start giving sappota juice?

Hi You should not give any kind of juice to the child because of high quantity of sugar into them which could be damaging so it’s not recommended so if you want you can give vegetable purees fruit purée to the child or chop it or basically great it into pieces mash it into pieces then you give it to the child or juices
