Hi doctor My baby is 9 months 10 days old . M living in punjab nd here weather is very rough nd tough like viral dengue is spreading all over. . Can i give banana to my baby in this weather? Isse cough cold toh nhi ho jaega. Pls suggest

A. She has no dengue. Absolutely fine. M askijg can i give banana to her in this season

A. viral dengue can be serious sign. It is not possible to comment upon this issue as this might require a detailed examination and evaluation and also some tests to arrive at a diagnosis and so can consult a nearby doctor for the same and so .
