Hi doctor my baby is 9 mon old she is having some white spots on her face, hands and legs Bt slowly they disappeared and they are mixing in her skin colour and again they came on her neck, I went to dermatologist and he said nothing is der they will disappear by their own slowly . Bt I am afraid y she is getting like that can u plz tell me y is it happening and what to do

many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. 
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity txhen you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.

some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivitzy, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.  z
