hi doctor, My baby is 8 months old and he is got few teeth. yesterday I noticed 2 white spots on his front teeth.what could be the reason? Any deficiency??

A. it is difficult to say anything without a proper clinical examination. best is to visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get it checked. it can be the start of initial cavities also
