Hello mom 
If suddenly baby is passing or 3 to 4 schools in a day. Then you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it. Because this much is tool is not good and green colour stool is a sign of some infection. So consult your paediatrician so doctor can advise you some medicines.

Hi, is the baby on breastfeed? If the baby is breastfeeding and the poop is watery, green in colour and smelly then you can consult the doctor.
