hi doctor my baby is 4 months old , only breast feeding today in my baby poop der is white patches , is it to worry

When there are particles sometimes they can be and digestive particles of milk but if the motion colour or mucus is there their and whiteness is there sometimes there could be a chance of an infection in the stomach of the child so don’t take a chance just get a check with the doctor one time
