Q.

Hi doctor, my baby is 3 months old and finished 2 doses of vaccines but we missed PCV as government is not providing. later we got to know that pcv also need to given at 6,10,14 weeks . is that really important? if so we already missed to give pcv at 6 and 10 weeks not what we need to do?

A. pneumococcal vaccine is one of the optional vaccines but this is one of the important vaccine battery can take the vaccine over also it is not a problem after finishing 3 doses of DPT you can take remaining two doses in a month of gap
