Hi doctor ..my baby is 3 months 6 dayz ..he is split out milk every feed after burp ..and sometimes spiltout after 1 hr ....can I use Below mentioned syrup

A. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day stop giving domstal

A. Hi mom Little spit up or curd type vomit is normal in babies. This is due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as the baby grows up. If your baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds, gaining weight then no need to worry.
