hi doctor my baby is 2months now he is doing poo after every breastfeeding and I'm giving formula milk also

A. it's normal due to gastro colic reflex present in babies As long as the consistency of the stool is normal frequency of the stool doesn't matter maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output give natural probiotics like curd yogurt etc maintain hygeine
