Hi Doctor my baby is 20days old . while sleeping sometimes he is chiseling .can you help me with that issue

A. this is only reflex baby is having no need to worryFurther it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
