Q.

Hi Doctor, My baby is 2.8 years old, loose motions last two days I think because of heat but she is active. Kindly suggest me what medicine should I give her for stop loose motions. today she had loose motions 4 times from morning. can I give her Z&D ds 20 dry suspension ? If so how much ML should I give and how many times per day ? kindly suggest me doctor

A. Entrogermina Two times can be given to the child also along with that I would advise you to please shift to non-lactose milk for the time being if you are giving any or completely stop giving milk because diarrhoea can get more aggravated if you continue giving lactose milk to the child
