hi doctor my baby ia havinf cough and mild fever, he is 4 month only can u pleaee advice

A. ok flicold drops for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

A. hi parent paracetamol pediatric drops can he given as per her weight and age with min gap of five hours to control fverr more than or equy 100 keep her well hydrated
