hi doctor my baby 36days old he is having skin rash all over the body due to subhra herbal bath powder and his skin on face and body become changed to very rough wrinkled what can i do for it pls doctor suggest me

A. apply coconut oil. n stop using such things on newborn babies skin, as they have thin n sensitive skin. if no improvement, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
