Constipation in babies are common especially when new foods are introduced in the diet. To cure it, it is important to include fiber rich foods like oatmeal, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, dry fruits, beans, peas, carrots, fruits with peels, apple or prune juice, legumes, etc. Give variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, coconut water, curd and others. Massage the stomach in circular motion and move legs in cycling rotation. 
Blood coming in poop is common in Constipation as it takes lot of pressure to pass. Therefore, once it is cured, the problem on blood in poop will also be resolved.
