hi doctor ..my 2 years old boy having cough and cold due to climate change...wat medicine can I give.??

A. Hi doctor ..His height is 3.1 feet and weight 19.2kg..

A. the weight of the child is on the higher side but if the height is also good then there is no need to worry

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes. For cold you can give syp maxtra 2.5 ml to the child 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold. Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. .... . Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
