Hi Doctor ....my 2.2 year old son does not sleep well at night and will always want milk or water in bottle. He will make uncomfortable noices while sleeping as he is in pain.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It is not a good habit so try to reduce the frequency first and start giving wholesome meal in dinner and give few sips of water if he demands milk as midnight feeding can decay teeth so make sure you give water as well after giving milk

Please provide her BM as and when she needs
Improve your BM by taking balanced diet and sunbath daily
Mom should not use RO water
As far as voices during xleep are concerned z it's normal
