A. hello you may apply zytee gel jn thw moith 2 to 3 times a day and fir fever syp paparetamol may be given and repeted after 6 hours if needed

A. suffering from mouth ulcer and fever.. u may apply dologel on dr advise after observation .. maintain hygiene.. fever may be bcoz of tht keep baby well hydrated.. tk care...
