A. maam kaal vomiting ro stomach pain horaha hai or Aaj 2 loose motion stomach pain ho raha hai

A. Mam if your child is good not showing any sign of discomfort or any other thing which is disturbing for you like sudden vomiting lose motion complaining of stomach pain then it’s still monitor for another 24 hours
