hi doctor..m breast feeding to my 1 year 4 month old baby boy I feel very week my hair is falling alot nd o hv dizziness too ..local doctor suggest me to stop breast feeding otherwise eat full plz suggest me what tablet should I take... after delivery I didn't take any calcium iron tablet bcz I suffer from mulam..help me plz

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, start taking tab supradyne one daily n take well balanced diet n plenty if fluids.. you should start gradually stop breast feeding ur baby. take care .
