hi doctor..... m baby girl has fever 104.6 degree farad she has throat infection(pain) from Thursday today fever is 104.6 what will be the future m too worried

A. its high grade fever, pleaae give syp paracetomol in roght dose in every 4 to 6 hours n start doing tepid sponging to bring down temp. furtger do consult ur doc,
