Hi doctor I want to ask i have pcod thru which i suffered from two misscarriages but now i have one daughter of 2 years old i am prediabetic as my sugars levels are borderline iand periods are also not regular what to do if i want to plan for second pregnancy .

A. lose weight. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment
