Hi doctor , I m really in tension after covid recovered. I put on my weight from 75 to 78. My bp is normal but sugar level is varying 88 , 100 fasting reading . I want to knw what is normal reading of blood sugar for non diabetic .

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello Nirmal values for sugar for non diabetic is less than 100 for fasting & less than 126 post meal (2 hours) Try to eat small meals at 3 to 4bhours Void sugar, sweets, juices, rice, potatoes
