A. hi no please avoid self medication it can be harmful. instead of medicine ,I suggest tip ,hope it help: gargle with Luke warm salt water drink Luke warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt ,in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours keep your body well hydrated take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
