Q.

Hi doctor i have black hard bump over my arm. What it can be it is hard and becoming irritable . To which doctor or department i should consult ?

A. I think maybe you’re having some people or some kind of infection in that area and that is why it has become so hard you can try doing hot compress if it becomes soft otherwise you just consult a general physician they will be able to help you properly on this
