hi doctor i have been diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy. presently my hcg levels are dropping itself... still i need to go for surgery or it will resolve itself ??

Listed below are the levels : 1st HCG test : 1552.2 2nd HCG test :1453.2 3rd HCG test : 1110 We are suspecting it to be ectopic. Is it correct? Why my levels are not dropping if there is any internal abortion? As of now I don't feel anything in my stomach. Just spotting. Request to guide me🙏 Thanks
