can be due to itching gums.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
offer lots of finger food.
massage gums if possible

Teething Is the reason behind it if your child hasn’t had much of teeth as of now or no teeth as of now than that could be the most possible reason because the child is going to behave like this because of excessive irritation and itching into their gums which is why they tend to do like this
