hi doctor ,i delivered second baby,she was 5 months old,she makes gur gur sounds while awake.while sleeping doesn't make any noises,she sleeps well,she drinks milk well,she is very active,gaining weight, doesn't know what's the problem is

baby making such sounds is normal as the baby speech development is mainly making soundsn babbling
dont worry talk n connunicate to ur baby
