Hi Doctor.. I delivered a baby in Sep 2020.. it's been 8 month.. I still haven't got period.. currently my baby is not on breast feed also.. upfrontly stopped last month.. is it any serious or its normal

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. it is normal mama after delivery whenever you get your first period it is for a longer duration than a normal one so once you get that then within few month you get back to normal very easily nothing to get worried or panic you simply need to stay focused on your healthy diet as well as exercise
