ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. these can be cavities. you should visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get a proper clinical examination done. your dentist will tell proper treatment plan after checking n properly

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of cavities or reaction to iron drops or nutritional deficiencies so please check it brush your child teeth twice in a day use soft bristled brush like Babyhug brand brush avoid giving sticky and sugary food items
