Hi doctor. I am not gaining enough weight in pregnancy. Can you pls suggest how can I gain more weight faster? I have always been on a low bmi side

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom During full pregnancy period you should gain around 5 to 7 kgs weight. And in the final trimester of pregnancy you will gain fast. You just have to maintain a proper diet because in the final trimester of pregnancy babies also gain weight very fast
