Hi doctor, I am delivered one month back. I feel very hard while passing motion with blood and i found lumps at the area which are painful. Please suggest.

it happens because infection
please consult your gynecologist for once.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
it is best to take fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, Fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc more
keep your body well hydrated
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting.
drink warm milk with one tbsp of ghee.
maintain good hygiene
