hi doctor I am a mother of 3months old baby ... I am getting blood in stool , bright red colour .. around 2months after delivery the same thing happened for two days do I changed my diet to spice less and now again the blood is coming after popping ... what is the reason and how to treat this doctor ? please suggest me

A. hi it might happen because of piles or fissure or constipation etc. so please visit your gynecologist for once. keep your body well hydrated take fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc. yes avoid taking processed oily spicy food. maintain good hygiene. don't sit or stand for long period.
