Hi Doctor, I am 8 weeks pregnant and the issue is I see spotting while going toilet or poop. My midwife says that this is normal in first trimester and my scans are perfectly fine and showing baby is growing accordingly and there is heartbeat also. But I get anxious all the time when I see two to three drops of blood. Does it normal during this time ?
