Hi Doctor, I am 24 weeks pregnant. I have gained 10 kgs already. I gained 3 kgs in first trimester and remaining 6 kg gradually in the second trimester. My pre pregnancy weight was 57 kg and height is 5’1. I am worried about the weight gain considering I have full third trimester to go and the maximum weight gain happens in third trimester.

Hello mom That’s true the maximum weight gain does happen in the third trimester be mindful of what you consuming and don’t go too much on a diet restrictions as you do require calories , just go for some walks and do some yoga if you’re used to it would really be helpful avoid refined, processed and sugary foods as much as possible
