Hi doctor, I am 10 weeks pregnant facing vomit sensation at night and morning throughout a day and heartburn and indigestion , taking fluids and jeera water also not helping me and I’m not able to eat properly due to indigestion and gas, suggest me

Due to this vomiting issue that women have an initial three months could actually drive them crazy in terms of not eating anything vomiting continuously morning sickness is crazy this time so what do you do is consult your doctor you can take a medicine for the time being your gynaecologist can advise you on that and that is what you can do other than that consume liquid which are more soothing to you like you can have juices for the time being you can have buttermilk coconut water these things are going to be good for you you can also have lemonade and glucose water
