Q.

Hi Doctor, Have started solid food for my baby, thought to give mashed potatoes. 3 days of one food twice is a rule for the baby . Can we give potatoes in the same way.

A. hi mom there is no set rule just introduce one food at a time and if baby is comfortable then give it prefer home based kitchen feeds
