Hi doctor Good morning, My children are premature twins born at 34 weeks. They are now 5 months old and just starting their 6th month. I am planning to give them solid food for the first time. Please give suggestions on what kind of food to offer. Should I add sugar or salt?

A. dear mom. .it is adviced to continue feeding only breast milk or formula milk till first 6 month of age.. their is no advantage of starting solids eatly.. o k
