hi doctor good morning... I have a twin boy and a girl... who are 11th month old bornon oct 4th. my baby boy got his first 4 teeth.. but my daughter didn't get her first tooth still.. can I know the solution for this. . anything to worry.. any precations to be taken..? plz help me on this..

it's okay..no two kids are similar even they are twins..
babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..
keep checking for the signs of teething

No nothing to worry.
Every baby is different in achieving milestone. some babies they are early teethers and some late teethers.
Babies can erupt teeth anytime between 4-15 months. so no need to worry.
