Hi Doctor Can you pls suggest and help me, As my baby is 3 months old can I give any external food like cerlac or any fruit or vegetable purie other than mother's milk. Thanks in advance.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. she is just 3 month old, so don't give. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age. You can increase the feeding frequency n feed longer in each feeding session
