Hi doctor can i give neem water to my son who is 2.5yr in emty stomach and how long gap i must give milk doctor

A. yeah for deworming gave, before that he drank water den after 1hr gave milk , is it fine after 1hr of gap i gave milk

A. Do you have a particular reason for giving it I know it’s very healthy but anyways you can give it to the child also after giving water water also keep the child for a while so when the child is hungry then you can offer milk
