Hi doc my son is completed 6 month on 11th June he is smiling but khulke nahi hasta is it normal sign when I'm tickling him then he smiling is it Normal

Yes Of course it is normal you cannot expect your child to react on situations how you expect because if it doesn’t want to smell they don’t want to smile it’s very normal they just behave like us they also have their own moods to do things and that’s hundred percent normal
