hi doc, my daughter is 11months now . she was sitting on the edge of the mattress which we have placed in floor. she fell on the floor banging the back of her head , she cried a lot. this happend on 12th Jan. there is a sweelling at that place (back of head). we were observing her, she is active , had food , sleep is proper , no much changes we found. please suggest will there be any internal injury and you advice for a scan? matress was may b 10inch higher from floor.

baby is comfortable.. nothing much to be worried.. 
you can rub ice on the swelling aa ice cubes will reduce the swelling and pain if any.. 
you can apply boro plus if there is any scratch.. or cut.. 
take care.. 
don't think there is scan needed.. if baby is fine..
