Hi doc my baby is 7months old I have started solid food but I have a doubt can I add salt and sweet to baby food is it ok??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no do not add salt n sugar in his food.
Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.
No Cerelac, biscuits and other packaged and processed foods
